Privacy
Plain version: your email is how you log in, we don't sell it, and we don't email you anything you didn't ask for.
What we collect
- Your email address — it's your login. No password. If you use Sign in with Apple, this may be a private relay address Apple gives us instead of your real one.
- Your first name — so the coaching sounds like it's for you.
- What you tell us — the foods you like or avoid, any allergies you flag, your weekend events, and anything you type in the "anything I should know?" and Sunday check-in boxes.
- We email you a login link, and only that, each time you enter your email and ask for one. It's how you sign in — there's no password. Your weekend plan, the Thursday questions, and the Sunday check-in all happen in the app itself, not by email.
- Frequency: one email each time you request a login link — nothing else. This is not a marketing list and there isn't one.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone, for any purpose. It is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
Who else touches your data
- Resend delivers the login emails.
- Apple — if you choose Sign in with Apple, Apple verifies your identity and hands us a stable ID plus an email address.
- Anthropic (Claude) reads what you write in the notes and check-in boxes to write your coaching in Glen's voice. It is not used to train their models.
- That's it. We don't run ads and we don't have data-broker relationships.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't give medical or dietary advice. Allergy handling is best-effort, not a medical guarantee — always check labels yourself, and talk to your doctor about anything that matters.
Deleting your data
Email Glen and ask, and your account and everything in it is removed. Contact: wisco.barbell@gmail.com.
