Short and honest.
What this is
The Week Ender is a coaching tool that gives you a plan for the weekend. It's built by Glen Rogers, a strength coach — not a doctor or a dietitian.
What it isn't
- It is not medical or dietary advice. If you have a health condition, an allergy, a medication, or a pregnancy, talk to your doctor or a dietitian — this app will tell you the same thing.
- Allergen handling is best-effort, not a guarantee. The food info is tagged by hand and can be wrong or out of date. Always check labels yourself.
- There are no promised results. It's a plan and a nudge, not a contract.
Using it
- Your email address is your login. Keep access to your email and the account is yours.
- Use it for you. Don't resell it or scrape it.
- We can change or discontinue it. We'll try not to lose your data if we do.
Email & sign-in
- Login links: when you enter your email and ask to sign in, we email you a login link. That is the only email we send — your weekend plan, the Thursday questions, and the Sunday check-in all happen in the app, not by email.
- Sign in with Apple: in the app you can sign in with Apple instead. Apple may share a private relay email address rather than your real one; either works as your login.
- Frequency: one email each time you request a login link. This is not a marketing list.
- See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your email — we never share it with third parties for marketing.
The bottom line
Use your own judgment, especially about food and your body. The Week Ender is a coach in your pocket, not a substitute for a professional when you need one.
